Pas d’accueil de l’hôte … uniquement communication par messages. Moisissure dans la douche (douche bouchée) et canapé lit pas confortable.

The location of the apartment is very convenient, only a few steps from a main square and the old town of Polignano, with restaurants and pastry shops. The interior of the ground floor of this building is nicely transformed to a guest house, with all necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. The host was very nice and helpful, provided some suggestions for our visit and helped us with the parking situation, by indicating the closest free parking area, as the on-road parking was not a choice.

Unfortunately, given that the place is located on the ground floor of a building and with openings only to one face, humidity was very intense in the space, especially in the bedroom. This created an intense smell of mold as well. Sadly, this created an unpleasant ambience, and even after leaving the window and door open the entire day, the smell didn’t disappear, but was reduced. Also, the bed mattress was below average, with springs that one can feel when lying down, unlike the rest of the apartment that was made with good quality materials.
