Walking distance to pier, park, bars, breakfast, boat tour, dinner
The water in shower went back and forth from extremely hot, throughout my shower, and abruptly, without notice. It’s not fancy, but is clean

It’s an okay value for a clean room with a good shower and a comfortable bed (small TV). Somewhat updated motel. Perfectly fine for an overnight road trip stay. Free parking and only a block or so to the cruise piers. JK’s Roadhouse nearby (driving) was very good, as was Northstar Family Restaurant for breakfast.

Location
Air conditioner is very noisy and while it cooled it didn't remove any humidity, everything in the room was damp. No one is available after 10 pm or until 9am.
