Como en la descripción. Muy nuevo y bonito.
Solo faltó un cuchillo en la cocina y unos trapitos de cocina que estoy segura Massimo puede resolver facilmente.

La struttura è pulita e accogliente, le stanze sono grandi e ristrutturate di recente, il bagno comodo e con una doccia grande, la comunicazione con il proprietario è immediata e lui è molto disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Una piacevole esperienza che sicuramente ripeterò.

Il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile Le stanze erano pulite e profumate confortevoli Ci siamo trovati molto bene Avevamo alla mattina un appuntamento molto presto e quindi il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare dei croissant freschi freschi per la colazione, lo abbiamo apprezzato molto.... Parcheggio gratuito su strada facile da trovare libero Si trova vicino al centro di Silvi paese un posto molto carino

Una stanza davvero bella, molto grande dotata di salottino e zona cucina, pulita e con mobili nuovi. Un balcone con una splendida vista. Bagno grande e curato. Bella anche la posizione in centro, ideale per passeggiare per Silvi. Condizionatore e mini frigo un plus molto utile in estate.
Purtroppo per andare in stanza c'erano due rampe di scale e con bagagli e bambina piccola era piuttosto complicato, poco accessibile. Anche la colazione lasciava un po' a desiderare perché c'erano solo fette biscottate e caffè da farsi da soli, con due biscotti contati e due cornetti vuoti. C'era addirittura una sola Nutellina per due persone 😞 Il parcheggio è in strada quindi bisogna essere fortunati a trovarlo vicino...
