The primary living area of this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium showcases vaulted ceilings, which allow for an abundance of natural light to enter, fostering a feeling of spaciousness. Recently renovated to an exceptional standard, this condo has consistently received excellent ratings from our previous guests.
The inviting couches in the living room provide a charming spot to relax by the gas fireplace, enjoy a show on the flat-screen television, or serve as an extra sleeping area for younger guests on the sofa sleeper.
Guests can access a private deck from the living room, offering breathtaking views of the Winter Park Ski Resort from this third-floor unit.
Experience the fully updated kitchen, which features oak cabinetry, granite countertops, tiled flooring, modern appliances, and soft yellow walls that contribute to the overall brightness of the space.
The dining area is complemented by a large dark wood table that can seat 4 to 6 people.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a King-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom that has been renovated to include dual vanities. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, and the second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. Please note that air conditioning is not available.
A parking pass is required for this unit, with a limit of one pass per unit.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 fine per day.

Overall a good stay, 3.5 stars.Great location, 5 minute drive to ski hill. Easy to get around to anywhere. Clean, well kept and enough space for our family of 3. Good layout and vaulted ceilings make it feel bigger. Beds ok/decent. Not great but no horrible. Guest bed better than primary bed.

The place was very spacious and clean. Has some cooking supplies (salt, pepper, soy sauce, etc.), although was missing any sort of cooking oil, which would've been helpful! The hot tub / pool area is just a short walk from the place - there's a changing room and they give you towels. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Wonderful location and the perfect size. Easy to check in and get in the place. Zero outlets in either bathroom worked, and we lost internet for about half a day. Front desk always answered when we called with questions.

Great mountain property. Has everything you need for a cozy stay. Hair dryers weren’t working as well as a couple outlets, but could be due to maintenance being done at the property. Great communication with management, and easy check in.
