Right next door to community amenities, property was tidy, conveniently located to downtown, resorts, and ample hiking. Modest, well priced accommodations that gave us everything we needed during our stay. Host was responsive to the few questions we had. Community felt quiet and safe.

Great place to stay near Rocky Mountain National Park, they don’t have air conditioning AC, so check before you go in traveling in hot summer. Decent place to stay and in budget

Great value, place was clean and had everything we needed. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were great, clean, and close. We will come back for sure.

Our family of 4 has VRBO'd at many places in Winter Park over the last 10 years, including in this very same complex. This was one of the worst, most disappointing experiences we've had. The smell when we walked into the condo for the first time was overwhelming. Despite opening the place up, every time the baseboard heating kicked on (with repeated clicking), it spewed out an absolutely rancid smell. The thin bath linens used to be white. . . 10 years ago. The other possibility, given the grease stains, was that they were used to clean the place before being hung as bath towels and washcloths. Also, who knew that I should have packed pepper? I realize that you pay for location, but with so much in the heart of WP, even this location wasn't worth it. And at the price you pay? No. I would recommend staying elsewhere.
