If you are booking for 2026 do not depends on the default rates . peak summer time is about$ 4500 to $ 5500 a week
Beautiful well decorated ocean front house (portofino IV) unite 2022 .You can enjoy the ocean-view from the master bedroom or living room, watch dolphin playing in the morning. Walk 5 steps to the ocean, or lounge on the deck. Family oriented area. Full kitchen equipped with stove, pots and pans, oven and dishwasher.Big screen TV in the living room, and 3 TV/ in bedrooms . Hi speed internet is wireless. Washer and dryer in the main floor. Under the house car parking for 3-4 cars. It is great for large family or great getaway even in the winter months. Seafood restaurant are excellent, miniature golf are outstanding. Surf fishing is at your finger tips or rent a boat in the inlet or the ocean. Bed arrangement King in MBR (Ocean Front), 2 rooms each has a queen bed and share a bath ,one has a queen bed and a bunk bed, one downstairs has 2 twins and LR sofa queen bed.
Please spare me and you the hassle if you want to rent the house dirt cheep.
Walk on the clear quite beach, enjoy surf fishing, swimming either in the pool or in the warm ocean. Many state of the art golf course. Seafood restaurants are the best in the nation. Shopping in factory outlet, super Wal-Mart or gift stores are few yards to miles away. Miniature golf are magnificent. Fresh seafood and fresh fruits are in shakes next door, or you can catch your own.
The pool is shared with 12 houses . The pool is in the middle of the 12 houses ,and this house is the fifth house north of the pool.About 200 feet away .The pool is not heated .
I do not ask any one to wire money ,either paypal or check to my home. If you are asked to wire money it is a scam.
If you make your reservation directly on the website , you are responsible on the credit card fee which is about 3%.

Great location and property on the beach. Some amenities updated since shown pictures as well: floors, certain furniture etc all positives. Owner very communicative through process! This home is part of a group of 12 on the beach; this was our fourth year staying in the group and this was our best experience and house to date. Thanks

I was very excited when I found this Ocean front house on VRBO that was in my budget and I was not disappointed.5 bedrooms and 4 full baths gave my family plenty of room. Even with 3 teen girls we never ran out of hot water. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved sitting at the bar for breakfast and dinner. Our kids also enjoyed the pool , even though shared by 12 houses ,it was never crowded.The best part of the house is the huge deck right on the dunes and an easy walk to the beach.... We enjoyed sitting on the deck with an adult beverage a cool sea breeze and listening to the crashing surf . Doesn't get any better.

Just a shame that this beach house could be so nice . Started our stay with water coming through the lights of master bedroom into the sofa couch in the living room . The owner sent someone from the management company and he used a shop vac and left . We opened the couch and all the cushions were wet the mattress was soaked and caked with food .
Couldn’t use the couch to sit on for 2 days
The back deck was so dirty old nasty table and chairs all rusted . There were 2 nice lounge chairs though. The downstairs bathroom overflowed 4 times . When I complained to the owner and asked for compensation he said your at the ocean .The renters before us left their garbage on the driveway and we had to clean it up . Found out from neighbors these issues are frequent . Only thing it’s got going is the location. None of furniture matched . If you don’t care about cleanliness and having nice furniture then rent it .
