- The other room has 2 treliches 1 and 2 cabinet doors.
- The living room has one 32 "TV, fan, 1 DVD player, 1 Sofa 5/6 places, 1 dining table for 4, can accommodate 6 people.
- Large balcony gourmet (barbecue) with beautiful view the sea. It has 1 coffee table and BBQ utensils (board, grills, knife, etc.).
- Complete kit for beach: thermal box with handle, beach chairs, 1 parasol, beach toys for children.

Apartamento com ótima localização, muito limpo e bem aconchegante!
Muito bem estruturado para quem quer aproveitar tranquilamente o litoral da Praia Grande.

O apartamento é muito bom e bem localizado.
Precisa de alguns reparos, o chuveiro da suíte não funciona e as pias da suíte e varanda estão com vazamento.
O sofá também precisa de reforma e limpeza.
Fora isso a experiência foi muito boa.
