About this house rental
The photos & reviews tell it all. From the deck you can see from MAGENS BAY to THE SUNSET OVER THE CARIBBEAN SEA. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a lot of open space. Sleeps 4. The house is 1,600 square feet.
WE NOW HAVE ALL NATURAL HAND SOAP, SHAMPOO, DISHWASHING SOAP, LAUNDRY DETERGENT, BIO DEGRADABLE GARBAGE BAGS, TOILET PAPER FROM RECYCLED PAPER and SOLAR PANELS. We're doing everything we can to help the environment. It is lush and overgrown. You immediately feel like you are in another world.
The main room faces Magens Bay. The house is located in a gated community. It's very quiet, very private. All the rooms are large. The living room is 800 square feet. It is open, airy and not cluttered with a lot of furniture. It is 46 feet wide, has an 11 foot ceiling and 9 foot windows. You don't have to sit outside to enjoy the view including the sun setting which occurs right in front of the house over the bay . The kitchen is huge and has everything you could possibly need. We spend most of our time cooking on the barbecue. The veranda is 8 feet by 30 feet with a table that seats 4 and all the chairs face the view of the bay. The shower is open at the top and covered with a mosquito screen so you can take a shower & see the stars at the same time with out being bitten a million times by mosquitoes. The property is not perfectly manicured so it doesn't look like a hotel. It's a little overgrown so you really feel like you're in the tropics.There is a second bedroom with 2 twin beds.
We have resident iguanas, parakeets, humming birds and an infinite number of birds. 'This place is nice!'

Perfect for what we were looking to do on St Thomas. This was a great home base while exploring the island and was spacious and comfortable enough for lazy mornings or afternoons at the house and going to the private beach down the road. We couldn't get enough of the view, especially the sunsets! Really glad we got to stay here!

There are bare bones vrbo's, there are mid range and there's baller. This is baller. Not like all out baller as it has no pool or hot tub but it's pretty close. When your place is so big there's an echo that's pretty cool. Lots of nice touches like a sweet stereo and ipod already hooked up w an eclectic mix of music. Binoculars. 4 chairs, cooler, games, books, towels and even 2 first aid kits just in case. Very clean. You're able to smoke your stogie or whatever you got on the extensive deck. The view is awesome from inside the home through the huge windows and from the outside of course. Parking for 2 and definitely easier to get in and out of compared to other places. Definitely gave piece of mind coming and going through a security gate. Even though St Thomas is safe it still gave us an extra level of comfort. The only thing I'll say as an FYI is this. We've stayed at places where it's a leisurely quick walk from your doorstep to the ocean after a nice dinner to see the sunset. This isn't like that. This is a walk up and down steep road and a steep staircase then climbing over some rocks. Once you do that hope nobody is already on the tiny but gorgeous beach cause if there is you'll have a hump back up the hill. With that said, if nobody is at this little beach, I bet it's a magical place to spend the day. Definitely give it a shot, worst case scenario it's a bust, you got some exercise and you drive 5 minutes to Meghans. So to recap. This place will ma
