Perched at one of the highest points on the island, this two-bedroom condo delivers front-row seats to passing yachts, glowing sunsets, and the twinkling lights of town below, all from the comfort of your private balcony.
Perfectly positioned in the heart of St. Thomas, you’re just 12 minutes from Yacht Haven, shopping, dining, and ferry access, and about 15 minutes from several of the island’s most popular beaches. It’s an ideal home base for guests who want to explore by day and unwind together in the evenings.
The spacious balcony is a true highlight, featuring comfortable lounge seating and a grill, perfect for family dinners, sunset cocktails, or simply soaking in the view after a day out island-hopping. When you’re ready to cool off, the community pool offers another relaxing option just steps away.
Inside, the condo is designed for comfort and togetherness, with an open living area, flexible sleeping arrangements, and everything you need for an easy island stay. Where you'll be sleeping:
* Please note there is not AC in the bedrooms but due to the location of the condo at the top of a mountain, the temperatures tend to stay pretty cool, especially at night. We also provide floor fans on the evenings when the wind isn't blowing as strongly.

- Important note: During the cool “Christmas Winds” season (Dec–Feb), if you open the doors to enjoy the breeze, please shut off the AC to avoid damaging the units
- Hurricane season is August–October, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of a hurricane

Getting Around
A rental car is strongly recommended, this location is quiet and tucked away, and taxis can be hard to come by, especially in the evenings.

-World Famous Mountain Top Lookout - 1 minute drive
-Phantasea Botanical Garden - 3 minutes, 2 acres of beautiful tropical gardens full of orchids and palms
- Hull Bay Beach - 10 minutes away, there's food options at The Shack and they do fun events throughout the week
- Brewer's Bay Beach - 15 minutes away, great for snorkeling to see sea turtles and the perfect spot to watch the sunset
- Havensite shops + Pirate Museum – 15 minutes, lots of shopping options. The Pirate Museum is open when cruise ships are in port and is fun way to learn about the history of the island.
- Magens Bay Beach – 15 minutes away and the most famous beach on St. Thomas. This beach is just over 3/4 of a mile long so even on busy cruise ship days, if you go all the way to the far end, you will find a secluded area.
- Hiking – Magens Bay trail access is nearby. Parking at the top of the trail is limited so we recommend hiking from Magens Bay beach up to the top and back down again and finishing with a refreshing swim in the ocean.
- Cost U Less - 15 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not.
- Red Hook + STJ ferry – 25 minutes, hop on the car or people ferry and explore our neighboring island of St. John. The car ferry takes about 20 minutes and the people ferry is about a 10 minute ride.

This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.

* While the condo itself is completely private, you may encounter vendors who service the property like a landcapers or pest control. They are both managed by the association.
* Signing a rental agreement is requirement to rent this condo.
