A haven of peace, calm, and tranquility—especially since it’s a beautiful property just 50 meters from a magnificent beach. A private home, ideal for groups of friends or families looking for a unique place to enjoy their weekends, vacations, or holidays. We’ve set up a fully equipped facility offering comfort and space for groups of 15 to 50 people, just a few meters from the beach, in a condominium complex.
High-end property on Parati/Lagoinha Beach, in a gated community on Sape Beach. It features 900 m² of built area and 1,500 m² of land. It includes a swimming pool and a wooden deck in a sunny location. In addition, above the house, on the fourth floor, there is a covered ipe wood gazebo, with an area of 50 m² and a 360-degree view of the beach, the ocean, and the mountains. Just below, there is a mezzanine-level game room with a pool table and the same view as from the gazebo. The house is very airy, fully furnished, and in excellent condition with well-maintained interiors. It features refined decor and new appliances. There are 10 large bedrooms (including one master suite and four American-style suites), 50 beds, 8 bathrooms, a fully equipped pantry/kitchen, TV, satellite dish, ceiling fans, and a DVD player. Just a few kilometers away, there are several waterfalls where you can swim in clean, clear mineral water.
Nature trail tours with breathtaking views of the local flora and fauna.
We also offer boat tours and banana boat rides with special discounts for guests of the house. Tours of the bay and Maranduba Bonete Beach (voted one of the seven most beautiful beaches in all of Brazil), where you can observe marine flora and fauna during snorkeling excursions.

A casa é bem ampla e aconchegante! Requer um pouco mais de cuidados, alguns reparos são necessários, mas nada que interfira diretamente no conforto durante a estadia!
Simão é um ótimo anfitrião, sempre prestativo em nos ajudar e solucionar os imprevistos que houveram!

Satisfeitíssima com o imóvel , nos atendeu perfeitamente, tudo que estava descrito no anúncio procede e ficamos muito felizes com o atendimento do Simão . O Piscineiro foi todos os dias , super atencioso , Simão nos indicou cozinheira, churrasqueiro e até os músicos que precisem. Só tenho a agradecer . Casa muito confortável, banheiros com chuveiros excelentes, espaço ótimo pra receber muitas pessoas . Fomos em 34 pessoas. Simão atendimento 10.

Alugamos essa casa para viajar com a família toda, um grupo de 50 pessoas. Ficamos maravilhados com tudo, que lugar lindo, que casa espetacular, a praia simplesmente magnífica e a poucos metros da casa.
Nossa experiência foi muito boa desde o início, o Simao é uma pessoa muito humilde e um ótimo anfitrião!! A casa é muito organizada, super limpa e muito bem mantida. Tivemos duas resistências de chuveiro queimadas mas em poucos minutos o rapaz da manutenção veio e as trocou.
A cozinha além de limpíssima tinha tudo o que precisamos, completíssima!!Otimo fogão, freezer novinho e geladeira boa. Os banheiros muito limpos e conservados. Os móveis muito bons, e a decoração da casa é de muito bom gosto.
Todos da família ficaram muito felizes, e muito bem acomodados, Os quartos são bem amplos e confortáveis. A churrasqueira é ótima e a varanda muito espaçosa. A vista do deck é de tirar o fôlego!!
A casa é muito segura e conta com segurança 24 hrs dentro de condominio fechado, muito tranquila!
A praia fica a poucos metros da casa, é espetacular!! Muito limpa e rasa!! As crianças se divertiram muito.
Agradecemos a todos que nos proporcionaram um excelente final de semana em família!! Ja marcamos a nossa próxima visita, no final do ano estaremos de volta!!!

Lugar bom, dono prestativo, mas o imóvel em si precisa de manutenção, serem revistos os quartos térreos, rede eletrica da casa nos primeiros dias não suportava os banhos e caia a rede a todo instante, resolveram o problema paleativamente, limpeza a desejar. A realidade não e como as fotos..
