This recently renovated three bedroom cottage is a short stroll to Avalon beach where guests have access to a world famous surf break, rock and beach fishing and the ocean pool. Take a leisurely morning stroll along the beach and start the day with an awe inspiring sunrise.
The home is neat and clean comprising a large open plan living area. There are three bedrooms, a new bathroom and laundry. The living area features spotted gum timber floors, gorgeous timber and leather furniture and pool table.
The bedrooms have a fun, beachy feel and can sleep up to seven guests. The main bedroom has a queen bed. The new second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds plus a single bed.
The home is located in the quite residential enclave of North Avalon.
Avalon Beach Retreat is a short 10 minute level walk to Avalon village for cafes, restaurants, cinema and shops.
Avalon Beach Retreat is one of two houses on a large subdivided block. Both are completely separate and fenced and have their own entrances on opposite sides of the property and gardens. It's no different to having neighbours on the side except its quieter because you are away from the road. Only the parking area at the front of the property is shared. I live in the house at the front of the block.

The home was spacious & very clean & tidy, we were staying in the area for a wedding & it worked very well for our family.

The house was ideal for our short stay: very close to the beach and in its own secluded location at the rear of the property. David was extremely helpful and attentive with check in and any questions. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped.This was our second stay and we will come again for a perfect family beach get away. Thank you David !
