opening the generous living room and dining area to the beautiful ocean view.

We loved our 9 days in Kona at this great condo. Claudia was wonderful to work with and very easy to contact. I really appreciated the extra information and notes on how to use everything in the condo. The space was perfect for our family of four and the kids enjoyed their own private space in the upstairs room. The best part was the HUGE lanai with tons of space to relax and enjoy the view of the water. Being on the 3rd floor was also nice to have the best views and the large vaulted ceilings. Mahalo!

The view is excellent with an ocean view from the living area & lanai. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals if you wish to do so. The condo is very comfortable with a large tv in the family room. The carpet is exceptionally clean & fresh. The host is just a call away for any questions. The only issue we had was the construction noises for the renovation of the pool beneath the condo for our entire stay. Also there is no designated parking space for this condo, we were here during the marathon. So with parking spaces being blocked for the construction of the pool and the marathon guests, parking was limited.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was cleaned and ready for us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. There were a lot of extras provided by the owners. First of all, having a secure internet was awesome! Also, the owners had beach chairs, umbrella and a small cooler that we could use. The location of the resort was great. We were able to walk to the local grocery store. The adult pool in the resort was wonderful. Best of all, if the sky was clear, we got to see the sunset from our balcony. It's a great place to stay.

This is the third time we have stayed at a condo in the Kona Coast Resort. These units are large, they have a large lanai and the top floor units have an amazing view of palm trees, the ocean, clouds and sky. This unit was no exception. It had a large bathroom, large living room, large kitchen and bedrooms. It had a loft which we didn’t need but the loft has a king bed and bathroom with a shower as well. Heat rises so it was warm with no ac unit up there. The downstairs bedroom also had no a/c unit so used multiple fans to help cool it down. This bothered my wife more than me. The unit has a washer and dryer which is very convenient. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, etc to use on the beach. The unit is right above the quiet pool which is convenient. There are grills positioned conveniently around the facility and most have rosemary bushes growing by them for fresh herbs. The facility is a short walk to KT A grocery store and lomgs drug. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again in the future.

Having never really seen the property except the pictures, I wasn't sure what to expect. It was as shown and even more of a pleasure. There's a beautiful balcony to have morning coffee and to watch the sunset every day. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed. The beds are very comfortable. The downstairs bath has an amazing shower. The entire complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The quiet pool is right below the unit. The owners are lovely people, who responded to every question even before we were there. We are seniors and the only issue we had was climbing two flights of stairs every day to get to the unit. Otherwise we highly recommend this condo.

This condo is one of the best Vrbo rentals we have come across, and certainly the most spacious!! Claudia was amazing to work with from booking to checkout, not that we had any issues at all during our stay. The master bed was comfortable and bathroom unbelievably large. The pictures don’t do it justice! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler and very nicely furnished kitchen utensils, etc. were very much appreciated, along with newer appliances and even cleaner to keep the stove top nice! We would definitely stay again. In fact would fave booked for next year but someone beat us to it! But we will keep our eyes open for this gem!

We were immediately surrounded by comfort in this large clean comfortable well appointed condo. The resort grounds, bbq grills and pools are well maintained. We loved everything about it. The location is very convenient to grocery store, restaurants, and drive to beaches.

The condo is super spacious for our family of 4--two adults and two kids, very clean, and has plenty of kitchen utensils that allowed us to prepare a few meals while staying in. The resort also has plenty of amenities that we enjoyed--shuffleboard, tennis, sand volleyball, fitness centers, BBQ grills, and pools. Claudia is super responsive in responding and communicating before, during, and after our stay. We had a fabulous time staying at Keahou Gardens in Bill and Claudia's condo. Hopefully the place is available the next time we come back.

We spent a week here and would have stayed longer if available. Plenty of space for us to spread out, lanai excellent for breakfast and other meals, expect the birds and Alii drive traffic to wake you up, excellent communication with owners, good sunsets, nice association to walk around, No beach access, Also expect loud conversations from hot tub users below condo. Overall excellent choice for us!!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is well equipped throughout. We primarily cook in while staying at VRBO properties and the kitchen was well equipped. Property is well taken care of. Fantastic views from the lanai and a short walk to the "quiet pool" just below the unit. We were somewhat concerned about not using the air conditions as we had been to the resort many times and always paid for the A/C. This unit is at the top of the property and gets a nice breeze with the windows open. We were very comfortable. Would definitely consider staying in the unit on our next visit to Kona.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. There was plenty of room. The balcony provided a great place to chill and watch the sunset. We slept deeply and were very comfortable in our respective beds. Our hosts made every effort to accommodate our needs and were very quick to provide information when it was needed.

enjoyed the condo, could not have a better view the condo was clean except for the Lani which could use a good cleaning. had plenty of room but the condo could use some updating.only complaint was the lack of air conditioning which was promised to be installed before visit. it was very hot almost unbearable at times.the grounds of the resort were impressive. and very clean.overall we liked the condo and grounds would stay there again if air conditioning is installed.

Great complex. Nice location above quiet pool, with incredible sunset view over ocean. 5 min walk past golf course if you want to sit on waters edge for sunset. Great hosts that communicate well. Nice 2nd story loft area with full bathroom and sitting area. No a/c on either floor, but breezes keep it comfortable. Would stay here again. Mahalo!

We enjoyed our stay and it was very close to the airport and beautiful beaches. The Condo was above average it was spectacular. The sunsets were beautiful from this wonderful condo. It was fully equipped to prepare meals and yet close enough to yummy restaurants. We only hope we will be able to return and make Kona a yearly vacation spot. Thank you for being so accommodating to all our needs while in your condo.

We spent 4 weeks in this wonderful condo and weren’t ready to leave. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. Nice big shower. I really liked the fact that the living room furniture wasn’t the uncomfortable wicker stuff that a lot of rentals have. No air conditioning but we found we didn’t need it as the breeze at night cools it off. Views were great as was the location. Right next to shopping centre with grocery store. Owners were excellent to deal with.
