The city view is delightful, and the hosts are very kind and helpful. The value is high as is the elevation. The local dogs and cats are friendly and quite cute as well. Very clean and comfortable place for your stay.
I think there is a bird's nest inside of the Air Conditioning unit (apartment 4). The powerfully loud and very high-pitched squeaking is constant and disruptive. Ear plugs and two noise machines couldn't overpower it because of how high pitched and loud the sound is. There were also some kid screaming like crazy for hours, but kids will be kids.

Удобное местоположение, самая низкая цена в этом районе, приятные хозяева, шампунь, мыло для рук, кухня.
Отсутствие интернета в самом номере, но это не было большой проблемой, на нижнем этаже всё работало прекрасно. Отсутствие балкона, который был в объявлении и пыль на шкафах.

Very good and helpful family owns this house
Very noisy. I can here everything from above. Water, talking, sex. I don’t like it. Also when someone cook at the kitchen all smells were in my room. But everything else very good.

Владельцы очень приятные люди, ночью помогли нам добраться до локации. Отзывчивые приятные люди.
Плохо спалось, кровать очень скрипит и подушки неудобные. Ночью громкие звуки журчания воды с ванны, видимо когда кто то из соседних номеров пользуется водой, очень слышно в других номерах
