Large apartment for large city standards, good AC, hot water with excellent pressure from apartment's own heater, balcony, very safe area, close to public transportation & able to get an Uber/Bolt within minutes at any time, many stores and restaurants within walking distance, close to city center.
Not very clean, no coffee maker of any kind, kitchen drawers & cabinets cluttered & dirty, shower leaking & leaving bathroom floor wet, closet & drawers in one bedroom full of linen & a few clothes, no blankets on beds, new towels on beds, but never washed so they left residue o skin, broken or missing window screens.
