Casa molto carina,dotata di tutti i confort,in una posizione perfetta attaccata al lungomare verso il parco di Rapallo (una delle zone per me più belle dí Rapallo) e vicina al centro,in balcone guarda su una corte interna piena di verde molto gradevole,balcone molto vivibile e rilassante.Sono stata molto bene ho festeggiato un bel compleanno,tornerò.
Il balcone è molto bello ma forse per chi è timido ha poca privacy ci sono le case intorno molto vicine,a me è comunque piaciuto molto,anche chiacchierare con i vicini

La posizione, ma stanza molto rumorosa e risentiva tutto nella zona.
Si sentiva ogni cosa accadesse negli appartamenti vicini.
