Great location. The cottage is comfortable, spacious and well decorated.
The cottage was beautifully fitted out and decorated. Lots of space and everything that we needed. Complimentary garden tickets were an added bonus.
The showers were a bit difficult to regulate. The sofas were a bit saggy and uncomfortable and the driving directions could be clearer.

Very minor things overall: Sofas in the living room were a little uncomfortable A little squahed around the dining table due to size of chairs and position of table legs Chairs around the island are too high

Really lovely house and location!
Location and the house were both beautiful. Everything in the house was to a very high standard and the facilities were perfect for us. We went out into Doddington estate for walks and lunch and to shop!
The property was quite warm when we got there and overnight we had to turn all of the radiators down and open some windows.

Fabulous Cottage in a Superb Location
The cottage is stunning and so incredibly spacious - each of the 4 bedrooms are huge and very comfortable and the living space was open and perfect for a large family or group of friends to share. Young children are well catered for with a cot and highchair too and there's a very handy utility room. The location was fabulous with lovely walks and a farm shop and cafe right on the doorstep. I'd recommend using the Park and Ride into Lincoln Town centre - all very close by. We'd happily stay again.
My only recommendation (and it's a very minor one) is that the dining table could be bigger to more comfortably fit 8 people around it and the kitchen island seats a little lower 😊
