La struttura si trova in un ottimo punto del centro storico di Sassari, ben collegato, non isolato, si può arrivare facilmente ovunque in città ed anche ai mezzi pubblici che ti portano fuori, vicinissima anche alla stazione dei treni, la proprietaria, Signora Antonella, gentilissima e super disponibile, appartamento molto pulito
L’alloggio è un po’ più vecchio di quanto appare nelle foto, ciò non toglie che si presenta molto pulito e ben tenuto, il palazzo è si storico e molto bello, ma non è ben tenuto, un po’ inquietante a primo impatto, potrebbe non piacere, io sinceramente ho apprezzato la sua storicità

The place is very central and Antonella gave me a very warm welcome.
The house is very old and you can hear the neighbors a little. Also, the breakfast isn’t very varied, but given the price, it’s understandable.

Wäre die Bewertung von 8,8 nicht so stark überhöht, und die Fotos so geschönt würde ivh keine Bewertung schreiben. Für Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und Lage könnte man durchaus 10 Punkte vergeben. Warmwasser und Wlan funktionieren, Es gibt auch 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser, Duschgel, Shampoo und ausrechend Handtücher, Aber:
Das Zimmer liegt im 2.Stock eines völlig desolaten Hauses und der Geruch dieses unsanierten Gemäuers kriecht in die Haare.........bis in die Koffer. Der Balkon ist kein Balkon, sondern ein Austritt, auf dem dann noch 2 Klimageräte stehen
