Two Bedroom cottage in Cannons Creek offers an open style living area with 2 bedrooms suitable for 4 adults or a couple with a family. Features 2 Queen beds . Property features 2 sheltered outdoor decks for entertaining. There are two toilets and two showers on the property Peaceful and quiet location - no through traffic Childrens playground just across the road and full size basketball court. BBQs and picnic area close by Boat launching ramp to Rutherford Inlet of Westernport Bay (tidal) is 30 metres away. Facilities for launching kayaks and canoes. Three jetties within 10 minutes walk for fishing. The cottage has been renovated with fully equipped kitchen, LCD TVs, microwave, dishwasher and reverse cycle split system air-conditioning. Property has ample onsite parking and is fully fenced - pets are welcome. All linen and towels are provided. Some basics such as soap, tea and coffee are also supplied. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights with 3 nights on long weekends

The property is perfect if you are staying with dog(s). The yard is huge and well fenced (wish I’d brought agility equipment!). The house has everything needed and the location peaceful. Instructions left by the hosts were detailed and accurate. I really enjoyed my visit and hope to be back.

A really comfortable and well presented property with ample parking, a securely fenced garden with trees and grass - all in perfect condition - the walks around the area were/ are wonderful and the local people friendly.

We enjoyed our stay and it was great for Dude to be able to run around the large garden. If we needto come back to this area we will be staying again with Richard. Many thanks.
