5Br. 2.5Bth Quiet beach house can sleep up to 12 people.

Great house for a group. Grandparents, two adult kids, and their partners, kids, and even a few high-school aged friends were all comfortable and happy here. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. The master suite is great. Other bedrooms are comfortable, if small. The A/C was great, lots of parking, great sun porch! Huge garage was an unexpected surprise. A 3rd full bathroom would have been great, but the 2.5 bathrooms worked out just fine.

We selected this house for our annual multi generation vacation because it had 5 bedrooms, plenty of parking, and a good location. We were not disappointed. The house has plenty of room to spread out for needed down time. There is also plenty of room for getting together to play board and computer games. The beach is an easy stroll away. We parked the cars and basically walked all week to restaurants, coffee shops, mini golf, stores, etc. The kids really loved 5 hrs of riding the rides at the amusement park. There was also a fireworks show on Thursday night. Beautiful to watch from the beach. We used paper plates all week (because who wants to wash dishes for 10 people) but there were plenty of plates, glasses, silver ware, etc. The washer and dryer are in the basement through the garage and having those right on site was great. The only issue that really has nothing to do with the house is that there is an active train track at the end of the street that runs parallel to the beach. Trains run many times during the day and night. After a day or two we didn't really notice it but a sound machine or ear plugs might be in order if you are a light sleeper. All the crossings are gated so they are very safe as you cross to walk to the beach. Two thumbs up for a great vacation thanks to Kevin and Ann.

This is a huge house with a lot of rooms. The house was very clean when when we arrived. Short walk to the beach. The yard is small, but the garage is huge, clean, and almost empty. We made good use of this space; we brought the outside table into the garage and did a lot of hanging out there. The week we stayed was very hot, and having place to go "outside" with shade was perfect! We had to contact Ann while we were there because the internet went down - we thought it had to do with the storm that had come through earlier in the day, but our friends down the street did not have any issues. Ann was very quick to respond, called the provider and we were back up and running in a few minutes. Good news is that we took advantage of no internet for the day... we taught the Gen Zs how to play gin rummy with an old-fashioned deck of cards!

how could have been cleaner - cobwebs on lamps so they hadn't been dusted in a while. home was very out dated kitchen had very limited utensils nothing in the pantry gas grill was dirty and out of gas - we had to get gas in order to grill and clean the grill . road work being done on the driveway side of the house so had to find other parking for 2 days bed were hard and pillows were flat - had to go and buy pillows so we could sleep will not be using this home again when we vacation in Old Orchard
