Our stay at Wings Cappadocia Hotel was a very good experience. First of all, it has a perfect location and very intelligent staff. Special thanks to Mr. Hakan. With his recommendations, we had an unbelievable trip in Cappadocia. He gave us the right recommendations to explore all of Cappadocia. The hot air balloons, horse riding, ATV tour, underground city, and the Green and Red tours were amazing. Incredible breakfast! Good job. I highly recommend it to all of my friends. Cappadocia is definitely worth seeing

We had a fantastic stay! The entire staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Elias handled any requests we had and coordinated our tour bookings. Breakfast was a highlight, truly delicious! The atmosphere felt personal and cozy, and we especially appreciated the excellent travel tips from Mr. Hakan! The location of the hotel was beautiful, with a great view of the valley and numerous fairy chimneys and caves all around!

I have mixed feelings about the hotel.
Uchisar is just incredible, views from hotel’s terraces are magnificent, you can watch air ballons in the morning, breakfast is very nice. A cave room is very beautiful.
Bek from the reception (I am note sure that I spell correctly) was very nice.
I have read a lot of reviews about incredible hospitality in this hotel, but unfortunately owners seemed to be away when we stayed.
Staff did not speak any English except one guy Bek, and it was a problem. It was very hot in our room. We got a food poisoning in the restaurant (not related to the hotel), and another guy from the reception just smiled and didnt even try to understand what we want from him. So we spend whole day in a hot room without any fresh air, trying to get some air with opening a door… it was not funny. We got a mint tea after 2 trials.
And we lack other details that made stays in hotel pleasant - possibility to get hot tea in the morning while watching ballons, get some basic info about the city (for example, we wanted to send postcards. they send us to the post office which was close that day).
Probably, it was just a coinsidence, but on top of everything we almost missed our flight because there was a problem with a shuttle they arranged for us. And we have to pay 2,5 more for taxy with a lot of stress.
We stayed in other hotel in Goreme for the same price (not cheap), but attitude, staff, the level of services and comfort level was totally different. I regret that we opted to try this hotel in Uchisar…
