Only minutes away from Seattle and SeaTac Airport. Shopping and restaurants right down the road at Westfield Southcenter Shopping Center. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the common area has a sofa with a queen-size pull-out bed. This 3rd floor unit can comfortably sleep 4 people.

Completely updated unit featuring new exterior and interior paint and new floors. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances. All new furniture. The tall, vaulted ceiling gives a very open and spacious feel.

Additional features include TV, free WIFI, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer and dishwasher.

Visited my bf that’s stationed at JBLM, the stay was nice. Only complaint I had was getting the check in information the day of me arriving, the parking was a little confusing and the neighborhood was a little creepy.

Nice condo that is close to the airport and shopping and the freeway. Somewhat noisy because it’s so close to the freeway. Only one bath towel for 2 people. I found another old one in a drawer. They didn’t have any wash cloths in the bathroom. I had to find one in a drawer. Should put those amenities out for the guests to use. Fully equipped kitchen which was nice.

My friend and I spent four nights here and it was the perfect place for us to get everything we wanted out of our trip to Washington! All of the amenities were provided, the apartment was very clean and comfortable, and we had no issues getting to and from the airport or the Seattle area. This was a fantastic bargain for $95 a night, and I would HIGHLY recommend this location over a hotel any day!

The property was as pictured but couldn’t get ahold of her the first night until a few hours after check in. We booked for four guest it says parking available but one of guest car had got towed. She had told us there was nothing she could do because there are assigned spots but we were not notified before hand. Other than that place and nice for a little quick stay.

The property is nice and comforting. The location is central to everything. There are great food and shopping choices close by. The unit was very clean and stocked with whatever you may need. We appreciated the fact that we had an assigned parking spot. The only thing we would recommend is putting a TV in the room. The placement of the TV in the dinning area is awkward. All in All this will be the place that we book every time we visit Seattle.

We had a great time at Johanna’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Was exactly what we were looking for during our stay. The location from the airport was super easy and close, and location to Seattle was fantastic as well. Plenty of places close by for eating and when we come back out to the PNW there is no doubt that we will look for this place again. Very nice unit, remodeled and modern looking. Kitchen is well equipped, lots of utensils, appliances etc, were clean. Labels needed for refuse v. recycling. Strong odor of cannabis in pantry/utility area-probably thru venting from other units. Bed and linens are lovely, comfortable and soft and the king size bed was hard to leave. The furniture in the living room, while very stylish and super cool looking was not comfortable at all. The tv could be relocated to the wall opposite the couch, quite possibly the location of the cable connection precludes this. Some confusion upon checking in because we were given the wrong unit number but the owners of the "wrong" unit were understanding and told us that it had happened before. Great place for a weekend getaway.

The condo was newly decorated, fresh, clean and the most comfortable bed. White cotton robes were hung fresh in the closet, slippers as well. Stocked with condiments, full on kitchen, Netflix, and the owner was easy to contact for any information needed. I really enjoyed my stay I would recommend it for anyone coming into town.
