It was a reasonable rate and it was very clean. There were instructions written on refrigerator door and pamplet that was really good to know.

Conveniently located in between Seattle and Tacoma. Grocery store was about a half mile away. We enjoyed our stay and will likely book it again when we return.

No pizza pan in the kitchen. Restrictive rules for cooking in the kitchen due to smoke detector. Ice maker did not work in freezer.Lights burned out in the guest bathroom. No floor mat in the guest bathroom. Living room was lacking. It really needed a door mat and coat hook. A floor lamp would be very nice for relaxing. A throw blanket would make the couch feel less sterile.Hard to sleep in master bedroom. The electric heater makes a lot of noise. The bedframe squeeks louldy at any movement. The unit is not very well soundproofed; heard the neighbor's tv and cabinets at night and in the morning.Light burned out in the master bathroom.Access staircase was slick due to snow and ice; this was not cleared for us. Location was good for access to the mall and interstate.
