Newly furnished 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse with fully equipped kitchen, washer & dry and attached 2 car garage. Master w/king bed, 2nd bedroom w/full size bunk beds. Cable TV & wifi. Pool, putting green & outside basketball court.

Walking distance to Tera Miranda Marina & Quarter Deck Cafe and public boat ramp. Minutes to the new Shang-ri-la Resort, golf course and much more. Come for a great stay on Grand Lake at highly desired Monkey lsland.

The Condo was not as clean and I thought it should be. The refrigerator had dried food on top of the crisper. My wife wiped the crisper. There were cobwebs on the curtains. The owner should inspect the cleaners work.
