Duplex was roomy enough for our group of 5 adults and could sleep several more. There were 2 twin beds along with a king bed in one bedroom that would work well for a family. It was a quiet gated community with large pool Kitchen had everything we needed. Checkin was electronic and checkout list was pretty basic. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was an awesome home at Grand lake. It had everything we needed and a ton of sleeping space! We will definitely book with these great owners again.

Wonderful place near the lake. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed.The pool was great for the family.The communication with the ownership was excellent! We'd definitely stay again.

Home is very nice and is as listed. Rented this property for a bass fishing tournament. Was told driveway and garage was big enough for two boats and trucks. When I drove and looked at the property couple weeks before my stay I knew in advance that would not be the case but there was several empty parking spots in front of the property so I presumed we could manage. Upon arrival the extra parking was full with only one open spot. I inquired about using the parking spots in front of the main building and was confirmed that would be okay. Parked there and plugged into an outlet inside the workout room to charge my boat. Second morning my extension cord was gone. Informed home contact and they said they’d look into. I’m still waiting on that reply. 4 days of parking in front of the main building and then we received a warning if we parked there again we would be towed. Again we abided by the new rules and made it work. Absolutely will not stay here again for a tournament!!
