Welcome to Strandhaus30 at the very tip of the East Frisian Peninsula. Here you will find the ingredients for unforgettable North Sea holidays: space, comfort and comfort. Overlooking the dike, ocean, water graft and green, you can spend relaxing, beachfront North Sea holidays over 100 square meters with up to six kids and adults and a baby. Thanks to the location and equipment of the beach house, every guest gets his money's worth in every weather. You are spoiled for choice whether you want to spend your holidays as a beach, wellness, active or explorer holiday, with the extended family, several generations or many friends, during the cold or warm season.
The family-friendly holiday home is one of ten holiday homes with 5-star facilities, which, bordered by a graft, lie directly behind the dike. The 102 square meters are spread over three floors and contain a living-dining area with open kitchen and stove, three double bedrooms, a gallery, a spa bath, a guest toilet, a south-facing balcony overlooking water and greenery and a loggia with sea views.
The living-dining area on the ground floor offers its guests many "places" for eating and drinking, for fireside chats or TV entertainment, for relaxing or watching the sun on the adjoining south-facing balcony.
The open kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, espresso capsule machine (Tchibo), kettle, toaster, waffle iron, mixer and of course a washing machine with integrated dryer.
The spa bath on the first floor has a shower and a sauna and a large bathtub. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.
The three bedrooms are located on the first and second floor and are equipped with two double beds and two single beds.
Thanks to its flexible furnishing, the gallery with adjacent loggia on the second floor invites you to run around, chill out, watch TV - with a view of the North Sea, passing ships, tides and the rising and setting sun.
In order not to burden the environment unnecessarily, the house is supplied with 100% green electricity from a well-known society.
Currently, construction work is taking place in the neighborhood, which may possibly lead to impairments. Basically, all parties strive to prevent this or keep it low.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, unweit vom Naturstrand. Zugang über dem Deich mit Kinder- oder Bollerwagen etwas nervig weil man einen Umweg zur Rampe oder Brückendurchgang laufen muss.
Die Agentur hat sich bei einem Problem sehr schnell um unseren Anliegen gekümmert und das Problem sehr schnell gelöst.
Im Ort Schillig gibt es einen Notfallsupermarkt, richtig einkaufen kann man aber in Horumersiel.
Dauberkeit war ok, die Waschmaschine musste aber ordentlich geputzt werden, da sie im Schrank liegt und die Tür deswegen immer geschlossen ist.
