From the get-go, Peppone was exceptional and proactive in making sure we had all of the information we needed. The transport to and from the apartments was highly convenient and quick and all the staff were so friendly and supportive. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

The snacks provided and coffee machine were great for breakfast
The views are beautiful and the pool was enjoyable during the heatwave.
Peppone served us melon at poolside. He transported us to the port which we did not expect but were very grateful for!
The neighbor dog barked a lot day and night. Not a lot the property can do but it does disturb the peace of the neighbors

In a nice location in the hills of sorrento. Property was clean and tidy and peppone was very helpful with lifts on the shuttle. Very dependable to respond.

The property was clean with plenty of towels provided. The pool was lovely and again spotlessly clean.
The bed was extremely hard. The second bed was a sofa bed set up in the hallway next to the door of the room. While the villa itself was lovely, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by management. Upon arrival my daughter’s flight had been delayed due to circumstances beyond her control, yet she was immediately asked to pay an additional €75 late check in fee. Rather than showing any understanding or compassion, the owner was unfriendly and unaccommodating, which set a very negative tone from the outset.
