Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Bett unglaublich komfortabel!
Leider war es nicht wirklich sauber, unser kleiner Sohn hat auch eine Glasscherbe gefunden und von den citizen Gästen war noch ein Rasierer in der Dusche!

Die Lage oberhalb des Zentrums ist hervorragend. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen - die Busabfahrten, der Bahnhof, die Post und auch viele Geschäfte. Die Halbpension war hervorragend, geschmacklich sehr gut und liebevoll hergerichtet. In diesen Hotel wird sich mehr wie 100% um den Gast gekümmert.

De locatie van het hotel is uitstekend; je bent binnen een minuut lopen in het centrum van Mayrhofen. Ook de liften naar de bergen zijn gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Het hotel is zeer netjes en schoon, met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Het ontbijt en diner waren ook uitstekend.
Het parkeren bij het hotel is wat krap.
