"Rose", 5-room villa 130 m2. Tasteful and romantic furnishings: entrance hall. Living room. 1 double bedroom. Bath/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC with corner bath. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Small terrace, small garden. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna. Great amenities: separate utility room (washing machine, dryer, iron), as well as a nice relaxation room with home office corner.
