About this house rental
since June 2015. In the beautiful Bünsdorf in Schleswig Holstein.
the tenant has a modern house with gallery on 165m².
For a maximum of 6 adults plus children!
3 bedrooms (1x master with private bathroom and box spring bed)
(1x double room with additional bunk bed) (1x room with two single beds, can also be put together to form a double bed)
2 bathrooms (total) 1x with whirlpool tub
2 separate toilets
Modern fitted kitchen with all necessary equipment and breakfast bar
Living room with satellite TV, BD player, game console (XBOX One)
Large dining area with space for all guests.

Fireplace on the ground floor, stove on the upper floor

The country house has open beams and terracotta tiles. You will feel right at home here. This "antique" ambience is combined with modern elements and furnishings. The perfect mix of modern and country house will inspire you.
In addition to the normal sleeping arrangements, you can reserve an extra bed (free of charge), and there is still the option of an alternative sleeping space on the gallery
The municipality of Bünsdorf lies in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde. It is located directly on the Wittensee, embedded in a beautiful, slightly hilly landscape. The municipality of Bünsdorf, a quiet farming village, is idyllically situated on the southwestern shore of Lake Wittensee.
The bathing place on Wittensee, with its bathing island, lawn, barbecue area and children's playground, is particularly popular. At the end of July there is an annual sea festival in Bünsdorf.
In the village you will find the restaurant "König Ludwig", where Bavarian hospitality is cultivated but also many local specialties are served and the listed Feldstein hall church from the 13th Century. The Kiel Canal with its ocean liners and cruise ships is just 1300 meters away as the crow flies. Here you can see ships "sailing through the field" ..
It is 15 minutes by car to Rendsburg or Eckernförde. Eckernförde is known for the beautiful bay and the associated quiet Baltic Sea location with the beach.
The Hüttener Berge nature park and the surrounding landscape are ideal for hiking.
On the Wittensee you can practice various water sports, or just swim and relax on the shore. Destinations such as Hamburg, Flensburg, Büsum, St. Peter Ording can all be reached by car within 45 minutes. The state capital Kiel, with all its attractions, many restaurants and nightlife is only about 25 km away.

It was a gem to find close to my relatives and touristic attractions on the Baltic and around the North-East Canal in the middle of Schleswig-Holstein. We loved the totally renovated atmosphere from an old barn to a modern Apartment with ample space in the upstairs room too.
If we come back, we would book it immediately.

Wir wollten einige Tage mit der Familie zusammen abschalten und sind aufgrund der Größe dann bei diesem Ferienhaus fündig geworden. Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch und gemütlich und mit der offenen Galerie und dem Kamin ein echter Hingucker. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und aufgrund der hervorragenden Ausstattung in allen Bereichen (selten in einem Feriendomizil wie diesem Urlaub gemacht, wo wirklich an alles gedacht wurde) kann man direkt entspannt in den Urlaub starten☀️ Eine Bäckerei ist in einem drei Kilometer entfernten Ort gut mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto zu erreichen und auch sonst ist es sehr empfehlenswert mit ein paar Fahrrädern die wunderschöne Gegend zu erkundigen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bei unserer Ankunft und sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Unsere Familie kommt auf jeden Fall gerne wieder- weiter so👍🏼👍🏼

Leider ist das Objekt nicht wirklich Senioren geeignet. Zu viele Stolperfallen. Viele Ecken die nicht sauber renoviert sind oder nur sehr Laienhaft. Steckdosen die halb raushingen, oder Abdeckungen die auf Verteilerdosen gefehlt haben. Abwasserrohre die nur provisorisch abgedeckt waren. Das einzige Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, das für Senioren geeignet war hatte zwar das Bad dabei, aber die Duschkabine war halb durch die Toilette versperrt, man kam kaum rein. Einer musste vom Fußende ins Bett kriechen, was sehr erschwerend was. In 2 der Schlafzimmer gab es keine Hängemöglichkeiten für Kleidung.
Die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, stellenweise aufgequollen, Kaffeemaschine und Senseo produzieren keinen heißen Kaffee. Der Eingangsbereich ist schön gewesen, aber die Stufe in den Wohnbereich ist zu hoch, könnte die Senioren nur über die Küche reinlassen, wo erst der Fensterrahmen zum Drübersteigen war und kaum ein Schritt weiter ein etwa 5 bis 7 cm höher Absatz war, bei dem meine Mutter gestolpert ist.
Ja, das Haus ist alt, aber man hätte sicher einiges besser renovieren können. Preis fanden wir etwas zu viel für diese Mängel.
