*This two-story townhome is in a quiet gated community.
*A two-car garage makes parking easy.
*Main living areas on the bottom floor, with bedrooms upstairs. All updated with fresh paint in July 2022.
*Each bedroom has its own television, closet, and attached bathroom, making showering and getting ready for activities a breeze.
*This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people-- Primary 1: California King bed & Loveseat pull-out bed, Primary 2: California King bed & Loveseat pull-out bed
*The kitchen is fully equipped with the basics for cooking, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup.
*Wash laundry in the full-sized washer and dryer on the main floor.
*All linens, Towels, & Beach Towels are provided.
*Cable TV, DVD Player and Free Wifi are available
* There's a large patio, with furniture, so you can enjoy the fresh air with a good book or enjoy the beautiful tropical landscaped yard.
