This beautiful and spacious condo at the Palm Villas at Mauna Lani Resort is ideally located on Pauoa Road, approximately 20 minutes north of Kona International Airport. Built in 2005, the community features just 44 residences spread across six acres of lush, meticulously landscaped grounds, offering a peaceful and private island setting. This quiet, tastefully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath condo also includes a large upstairs loft, thoughtfully arranged as a third sleeping area. Situated near the historic petroglyph park with views of Mauna Kea, guests enjoy exclusive access to the nearby Mauna Lani Beach Club. Here, you’ll find a pristine white sand beach, lounge chairs and cabanas, exceptional snorkeling, and the popular open-air restaurant, Napua—perfect for lunch, dinner, or a refreshing afternoon cocktail.
Ideal for couples, families, or friends, the home offers over 1,400 square feet of comfortable living space. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making it easy to gather and entertain. The primary suite features a king bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and is conveniently located next to the guest bathroom. Upstairs, the loft provides additional sleeping space with a queen bed, along with a sitting area, dresser, and desk, all with views toward Mauna Kea. A stackable washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. Please note, this is a second-floor unit with interior stairs leading to the main living areas and bedrooms.
The west-facing lanai off the living room is the perfect spot to start your day with coffee or unwind with an evening meal while overlooking the tropical gardens and pool. It also features a gas BBQ and kitchenette — ideal for grilling your island catch.

House was perfect for my family of 6. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Back lani was shaded in the afternoon and peaceful to sit on all day. Great area to stay. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am which was nice. Resort beach was some what private, restaurant on the beach has amazing fish tacos. We walked everywhere: to the beach, coffee, shopping, etc. Would stay here again.

Appreciate the responsiveness of both the owner and realty company! The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. We would definitely recommend this location to family and friends…. Mahalo for sharing your space with us!!

This condo left quite a bit to be desired. We’ve stayed in this complex 7 times in different units, and unfortunately this was our least favorite. This space felt noticeably more worn and less cared for than other units. At this price point, we expected a higher level of comfort and upkeep.The kitchen items need attention. Many dishes were chipped/cracked, several mugs (only 5 total- 2 were unusable). The nonstick pans were heavily scratched. The beds weren’t especially comfortable, and no extra blankets provided—though we did manage to sleep fine. The view is less appealing than units facing the lava/petroglyph walk. The garage was cluttered, making parking more difficult than in other units in the complex.Positives -- the beach club access and pool are great perks of the complex. The downstairs neighbor was incredibly kind and welcoming, and really added to the aloha spirit of the trip. There’s also a beautiful, secret area in the complex with fruit trees that we loved.Not reflected in my rating: the unit hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. Things happen. But it took quite a while to reach someone, which disrupted our plans significantly. We spent several hours out of the unit while it was addressed, plus time coordinating with support. The cleaning fee was refunded, which felt appropriate. However, the response from the owners placed blame on the property management and cleaning crew, which didn’t feel necessary or particularly helpful.
