Terrible and Disappointing!!!!!
The location is excellent, the pool at the condo complex is nice.
The property was 88 degrees and dirty when we arrived at 4pm, with food on the counters, no cleaning supplies at all, and dirty carpet with no vacuum cleaner. The unit was poorly equipped considering this is a 3BR apartment. There were no BBQ tools, four glasses, four wine glasses, few dishes. Also there is one hair dryer for two bathrooms, only 1 kitchen towel which is old and stained, chipped dishes. There is an electrical issue as the bottom plugs in the outlets in nearly the entire house do not work. This is unacceptable for a 3BR home at this price point. Other units rented in the same complex were MUCH BETTER EQUIPPED. The furniture and beds are older and not comfortable. Towels are older and gray from use. Lastly the condominium complex is rigid in terms of parking and the management company took 2 days to tell us where the parking pass was so that we could park our car. Again other units had the parking pass available right away. Vacasa did not take care of any of the issues we raised. I would never rent this unit again. Frankly the owners and the management company just don’t get it. They are cheating out completely and people should be aware that house is a Clown house!

furniture was old, beds were uncomfortable, tea kettle was rusted. For the price, the coffee machine should've been better

Mauna Lani Palm Villas A-22 is a wonderful unit in a fantastic community and location!
The location and the unit and community is exceptional. The access to the Mauna Lani Beach club was a huge plus.
