About this house rental
In the north of Berlin, near Oranienburg, our holiday home "Waldhavel" is located in the middle of the nature reserve. To the west, the property borders directly on the Oder-Havel Canal with our own jetty. In an easterly direction to the international bike path Berlin-Copenhagen. Surrounded by green forests, it is the ideal starting point for many outdoor activities. Hiking, swimming, fishing, jogging, cycling depending on your mood or just to relax away from the big city. The unobstructed view of the nature reserve opposite, with its beautiful sunset and the dreamy background noise, let unique vacation days end even more beautifully. If you feel like it, you can do it in just 35 minutes. by car in Berlin's city to shop, celebrate and start cultural activities. The S-Bahn stations Oranienburg and Lehnitz are nearby and quickly take them to the city on the Berlin S-Bahn.
The 35m² holiday home was completed in 2018 and is therefore in a new condition. Underfloor heating and a fireplace are available. Bathroom with large walk-in shower and window. Located on a 3000m² plot, there are many opportunities for leisure and recreation.

Wir wollten uns eine Auszeit vom Hochzeitsstress nehmen und die haben wir hier zu 100% gefunden. Es ist super idyllisch, ein traumhaftes Plätzchen zum runterkommen und abschalten. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, es fehlte an nichts. Alles war sauber, sogar frisches Obst war vorhanden und auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war einwandfrei. Es war auch sehr leicht zu finden. Man ist schon nach ein paar Stunden tiefenentspannt. Einfach die Ruhe genießen und den Kopf ausschalten. Man muss nicht immer weit weg, es gibt auch super schöne Plätze bei uns in der Umgebung/ im Land. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder, wenn wir wieder mal durchatmen müssen 😄 lieben Dank für alles 🌻💛

Wir haben 10 Tage die Ruhe genossen. Auch schlechtes Wetter konnte die Freude nicht trüben. Oranienburg und Berlin lockten mit Ausflügen und die Unterkunft bot Komfort genug, Regenschauer einfach mal auszusitzen.

Wir hatten eine super schöne und vor allem sehr, sehr ruhige und erholsame Zeit in diesem kleinen, aber feinen Häuschen! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und sehr nett.
Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wären Fliegengitter, aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau.

Ein wirklich zauberhafter kleiner Ort, umgeben von Wasser, Wald und Natur. Wir gestressten Städter haben hier gefunden, was wir gesucht haben: Ruhe und Erholung. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich und der Blick auf die Havel einfach traumhaft. Im anliegenden Wald kann man ausgedehnte Spaziergänge machen und die Natur genießen. Wir kommen gern wieder!
