Individually and tastefully furnished holiday home with air conditioning and 25sqm winter garden in the immediate vicinity of Berlin. The 800sqm, private forest property is fenced dog-tight and is at your sole, free disposal.
You live in a 70 sqm holiday home. It has 2 separate bedrooms (1 x double bed and 1 x double bunk bed), bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room with air conditioning, an open fitted kitchen and bar, and a 25 sqm winter garden. The house can be used all year round, has a radio, TV, complete kitchen equipment (microwave, washing machine, stove with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, slicer and sufficient dishes). Bed linen, tea towels, hand and bath towels included.
The property is fenced and is only used by you. Four-legged friends are welcome. A carport is available on the property for cars.
A seating area with garden furniture and barbecue facilities is also available.
4 bicycles and 4 sun beds are available free of charge!

Here you will find well-deserved rest, the hustle and bustle of the capital, which can be reached in 30 minutes, or the natural beauty and sights of the district.

You can expect a rural, wooded, quiet and idyllic environment with us. A small lake and a children's playground can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.

The largest city in the Oberhavel region is Oranienburg, which includes the electoral palace Oranien. The castle with its extensive garden is an important sight and invites you to take long walks
The animal and amusement park in Germendorf is very popular with children and adults. Here you can take your dogs with you, experience and observe the local wildlife very closely, feed and even pet some of the numerous animals.
Our holiday home is also a great starting point for shopping trips or cultural forays into the federal capital.
From Nassenheide you can take the regional train to Berlin-Lichtenberg in about 40 minutes. From Oranienburg the Regionalexpress leaves every hour and takes you within 25 minutes. to Potsdamer Platz. In 20 min.-Takt also runs the S-Bahn diagonally through Berlin to Potsdam. In addition to Oranienburg, the district also offers you a lot of sights and experiences. So if you want the hustle and bustle of the capital, want to explore the forest and water-rich surroundings with their many sights, or just want to unwind, you've come to the right place.
