About this apartment rental

Our new penthouse apartment is located in the house Möwennest in Strandpark Großenbrode. The apartment has its own parking space and is easily accessible by the hotel elevator. 4 people will find 84 square meters in 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a TV, enough space. A spa with sauna, bathtub, a spa shower, a separate toilet and a spacious and bright living-dining area with fireplace and recliner are not the only benefits of our apartment. The beautiful open kitchen is well equipped and invites to relaxed cooking hours away from everyday life. Two large roof terraces offer at any time of the day a sheltered spot overlooking the Baltic Sea.

We have put together a selection of books and CD's and a collection of games for you.
From now on you will have free Wi-Fi in the apartment.

In addition, the apartment has a small lockable storage room in the outdoor area, where you can safely park your bikes and other things safely.

The apartment is on the 3rd Floor. The balconies are facing south and east.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Aus unserer Sicht fehlen aber Liegen für die Balkone.

Im Inserat sollte schon der Hinweis erfolgen dass der direkt Meerblick verbaut worden ist. Außerdem mussten wir den Baulärm vom vorgebauten Neubau die Woche ertragen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schöne, könnte aber auch schon einige Auffrischungen vertragen. Für die jetzige Lage und den vorhanden Baulärm fanden wir den Preis für die Unterkunft unangemessen hoch.

Wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Einige Kleinigkeiten bedürften der Überholung die von uns auch der Objektbetreuung mitgeteilt wurden. Es wurde vor Ort zum Teil auch gerichtet. Insgesamt hat das aber keinen Einfluss auf die Gesamtbewertung der Wohnung, da diese der Beschreibung auch tatsächlich entspricht. Auch eine Großbaustelle gegenüber ist mittlerweile so weit gediehen, dass überwiegend nur Innenausbau stattfindet. Die Lärmbelästigung war während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gering bzw. kaum wahrnehmbar. Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Meer mit einem schönen und sauberen Strand. Fußläufig ist alles wichtige Erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort vorhanden, wie auch alles andere das zum täglichen Bedarf gehört. Insgesamt kann der Aufenthalt unsererseits empfohlen werden.

Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Entspannung ist garantiert durch Sauna u Ruhe! Leider war die Aussicht auf die Ostsee von der Terrasse durch ein Neubau (Baustelle) versperrt (hätte man bei Buchung erwähnen können bzw sollen. Trotzdem 3 Woche tollen erholsamen Urlaub. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit großzügig Platz für uns 3. Schöne Aussicht, sowohl auf den Sonnenaufgang als auch auf den Sonnenuntergang. Bequem und neuwertig eingerichtet. 3 Minuten bis zum Strand. Auch die Orte inder Umgebung so wie Fehmarn sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, wir werden sicher noch mal wieder kommen.

Wir waren zu 4 in der Wohnung um meinen Geburtstag da zu feiern und hatten mehr als genügend Platz. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt von der Wohnung. Von den beiden Balkonen aus hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer.

Wunderschöne Zimmer, mit viel Schrankplatz (im WInter angenehm), alles top sauber, wunderbare Möglichkeiten zum Lesen, toller Sessel mit gutem Licht, tolle Lage, alles zu Fuß gemacht, mit der Bahn angereist, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle fußläufig. Leider wird immer weiter gebaut, so dass wir einen Kran im Blickfeld hatten. Aber die Bauarbeiten waren sehr leise und zu humanen Zeiten.
