L'appartement est très bien situé. il est très agréable de se promener dans les nombreuses rues piétonnes animées aux alentours. L'appartement est soigné et bien agencé.
Il faisait très beau et la rue était bruyante jusque très tard dans la nuit. Il manque un double vitrage aux fenêtres qui devrait arriver bientôt.

We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks and enjoyed every aspect of the apartment and it's central location. The owner was very helpful and answered questions quickly via email and phone. The apartment is well designed, has lots of great facilities and is super handy for the trams and getting around town. We will definitely be staying again.
