About this villa rental
The villa is situated on the edge of the small village Asteri boasting views over the olive groves. The village has a tavern and a mini market. The gently sloping sandy beach of Sfakaki, to other shops and tavernas is 2.5 km (~ 5 minutes). The lovely old town of Rethymnon with many entertainment venues can be reached within 10 km.
The villa (140 square meters) was completed in October 2014 paying attention to the use of high quality materials.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom (double bed), the kitchen, the living room, bathroom with shower and toilet. From the kitchen leads on the terrace with dining table to the swimming pool (40 sqm) with sun beds and children's pool (a guard is placed between the pool and children's pool in 2015). Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds) are each provided with access to the shared balcony and a bathroom with tub and toilet.

Air conditioning, wireless internet, washer, flat screen TV (satellite), high quality kitchen with dishwasher, barbecue, parking.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Eigentümer waren nett und hilfsbereit. Die Villa liegt ruhig und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und sprechen eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aus.

Wir haben zu sechst im November eine entspannte Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbringen dürfen. Die Terrasse und die Balkone sind traumhaft angelegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Villa ist hochwertig mit allem, was man braucht, eingerichtet.
Der Kontakt zur Agentur und dem Besitzer war angenehm und reibungslos.
Man sollte einen Mietwagen buchen, da das Dorf sehr ruhig ist und nicht direkt am Meer liegt. Ausserdem lohnt es sich mit dem Mietwagen die tolle Insel Kreta zu erkunden.
