About this villa rental
A brand new, stone-built 5 bedroom Villa with 5 bathrooms built within a beautiful tranquil olive grove, with 38sq.m heated pool, outdoor Jacuzzi with amazing sea view, playground, and bbq area. The brand new villa blends harmoniously with the beautiful landscape and offers gorgeous views of the mountains while the unique and elegant decoration promises days and nights of relaxation.
The villa is located in a traditional small village called “Pagkalochori” only 2 km away from Stavromenos beach and village. This house invites you to enjoy its simplicity and the sense of absolute tranquility. The location of the village is perfect for people who love to stay in a quiet place and spend time with their families or friends!
The villa can accommodate up to 7 people.
INDOORS
This unique 3 bedroom villa was built within 2018 and is tastefully decorated with all modern amenities including satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, air-conditioning throughout as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor, you will find a large open-space living room and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay . There are also two spacious double bedrooms - both of them with en suite bathroom - beautifully decorated in romantic style and relaxing colors. From the ground floor you can access the garden and the private pool.
On the first floor there is one more sunny and airy bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower opening to a large shaded veranda with breathtaking views and an outdoor Jacuzzi with relaxing furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunset under the colorful sky.
OUTDOORS
The outdoor area of the villa has about 450 sqm fenced yards and gardens with flowers and olive trees where you can enjoy the relaxing natural environment! You can either relax under the trees or in our 38 sqm heated swimming pool area. The lush garden with the olive trees and flowers create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere and promise unforgettable days and nights under the Cretan sky. In addition, there is also a barbecue and dining area where you can enjoy your meal in outdoor area.
This villa with its location and facilities is the perfect base to experience Cretan hospitality and enjoy a relaxing family or friend holiday.
What's provided:

- Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once a week.
- Pool and garden cleaning once a week.
- Baby cot and high chair and other equipment available upon request.

We love this property as it fits with what we want from our holiday. Private location, not far from local amenities (by car) and then the main town is 10mins away.There is ample space in the villa. It is clean and tidy and the pool area is brilliant for relaxing.The host is amazing, even when we locked ourselves out or arrived past midnight only to find warm gyros kebabs waiting. After a long trip they were so welcomed!!

Wonderful villa in a beautiful setting amongst olive groves. The perfect combination of privacy whilst still close to amenities, beaches, restaurants and road links for day trips. The kids loved their own space and en suite bathrooms… and the pool area was the star of the show!
Panos is incredible. What a brilliant owner, so friendly, helpful, generous (thanks for the arrival food and wine Panos!!). He made us feel so welcome and advised us on some great restaurants and places to visit.
We can highly recommend this property.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Oanos, dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Panos hat uns bei unserer Ankunft mit ein paar Lebensmitteln und am Tag danach mit kretischem Kuchen versorgt.

Villa spacieuse conforme aux photos, dans un environnement rural parfaitement calme, aux abords immédiats d'un joli petit village au milieu des oliveraies (il n'y a pas de vue imprenable sur la mer depuis le jacuzzi comme indiqué sur l'annonce, on la devine plutôt qu'autre chose, par contre la vue sur les montagnes au loin est superbe).
Panos est à l'écoute de ses hôtes pour régler les problèmes éventuels.
Nous n'avons pas essayé le jacuzzi, mais avons bien profité de la piscine chauffée, en cette fin de saison touristique en Crète.
La cuisine est bien équipée, le Wifi fonctionne bien, rien ne manque au niveau équipement de la maison, et, pour ceux que cela intéresse, on est à 2km à pied de la mer en passant par les oliveraies, même si il faut prévoir une distance plus importante pour aller sur une plage accueillante.
On trouve des commerces en bord de mer pour le ravitaillement à quelques kilomètres de la villa, ainsi que des restaurants.
Au final, c'est une adresse hautement recommandable si vous aimez le calme et le confort.
