Nous avons reçu un courriel de l’établissement nous demandant de payer une semaine à l’avance directement à l’établissement ce que nous avons fait. Une fois arrivé à l’établissement ils nous ont demandé de payer Booking et ils ne voulaient pas croire que nous avions payé. Nous avons dit avoir des preuves et nous n’en avons plus entendu parler. Il manquait aussi un chiffre au code d’entrée mais nous avons rejoint l’hôte très facilement. Porte de l’appartement très difficile à ouvrir. Ancienne clé Stress inutile

May 19 - 21 2025. The location is what sells this property. 20 seconds walk to Picasso Museum, 1 minute walk to the taxi rank. The windows appear to have been recently replaced and only the loudest idiot on the street can be heard inside. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. a giant fridge freezer in the kitchen, taking up too much space The balcony faces west and will fit two adults comfortably, four at a squeeze.

The management/owners don't seem to care about the renters. Communication with them is a joke. This place is advertised with space for six people. There is only one bedroom! There are two futons in the living room. The bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. Anyone with mobility issues, click away now. The lift only goes between floors so you will still have to climb stairs to either of the three flats. Many of the issues highlighted by previous reviewers have not been addressed. The bathroom ceiling is still black, ants in the kitchen, Washing machine is still leaking (door seal torn) and the bed.... The bed is 5 foot (1.5M) wide. The frame squeaks, everyone in the building will know when you are getting romantic. You WILL bash your shins on the bed frame. The ironing board is only suitable for baby's clothes, no iron
