About this villa rental
The villa is ideally located near the lakes and Gorges du Verdon, in a tourist region renowned for its climate where you will be able to practice many activities such as hiking, biking, climbing, various aquatic activities such as swimming, rafting, canyoning, as well as water sports ...
From a tourist point of view many visits are to be expected with the various markets of Provence, the magnificent village of Moustiers-sainte-Marie, renowned for its earthenware, the thermal baths of Gréoux les Bains, the plateau of Valensole and its fields of lavender, the Quinson prehistoric museum, Riez and its Roman columns and many other sites.
The villa is new, spacious (150m²) and comfortable. It includes a superb master suite on the ground floor, with its dressing room and its spacious adjoining bathroom. Its large open kitchen will allow you to concoct your dishes in a new and modern environment. A large family table for up to 10 people will allow you to enjoy your meals. You can rest or enjoy quieter moments in the living room. For families who wish, you have at your disposal a Wii game console to play Mario Kart or others!
Upstairs you will have two large bedrooms (14m² each) and its bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
The villa offers a private fenced garden, as well as a terrace with a large family table and an outdoor seating area to unwind and relax. For children a wooden hut with toys and slide are present. The outdoor gas plancha is at your disposal.
Less than 100 m from the villa, a citystade has just been built. Ideal for young and old! We put a soccer ball at your disposal to go and play with your family.
An unforgettable stay awaits you in the heart of Provence.
Note that the villa is semi-detached with an Apartment. Since the construction is new, it meets the soundproofing and thermal insulation standards of RT 2012.
Bedding: 2 beds in 160 and two beds in 90.

We do not accept animals.
Special Curist rate for 21 nights: from € 900. Tariff according to the period.
Possibility to rent an inflatable Up Paddle stand on site. Pump, paddle, vest provided. Additional rate: 20 € per day, 60 € per week, cash payment or check.

Wohnung war komplett ausgestattet und trotz großer Hitze sehr schön kühl ohne Klimaanlage. Bis auf einen Pool hat es an nichts gefehlt
