La ubicación es lo mejor del apartamento, es muy buena, aunque algo difícil de localizar en MAPS. La zona parece algo ajada, pero es como toda la parte céntrica de SPLIT. Hay un parking justo al lado a 1,5€/hora (precio durante el verano) sin ofertas por día completo. Un supermercado justo al lado.
Al apartamento le vendría bien un repintado y alguna reforma, pero en general está bastante usable para una o dos noches. La limpieza no es la mejor, pero no lo catalogaría como sucio.

Appartement très bien placé à cinq minutes du centre historique, parking juste à côté, très bien pour une ou deux nuits à cinq minutes du port pour prendre le ferry. Nous avons pris cet appartement pour être à côté du ferry et du centre historique. Il y a un petit supermarché juste à côté aussi et la plage de batvice aussi à cinq minutes à pied. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, il y a une machine à laver de quoi étendre .
