Kate's Apartment

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Split! The location is perfect, within walking distance to the city center and close to shops. The apartment itself is great—very spacious with big rooms and comfortable beds. The two balconies are fantastic for relaxing. The hosts were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Split!

We had a great stay. Host Marin is always available if you need any help, and helped us organise airport pick up since we were arriving late at night. The house exceeded our expectations, it was very comfortable for 5 people. We like that there is a washing machine and balcony to dry clothes too. There is air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and the living room and a small fan in the third room. Sofa bed was comfortable. Fantastic location a short walk from old town.

The house was nice and big with all the required amenities. It was also close (few minutes walking) to the ferries and center of Split.

Spaciousness

Several elec sockets in kitchen not working, no kettle for first 2 days, had to stand on a chair to use microwave that was on fop of a tall fridge, elec cable running along the kitchen floor near door to balcony (dangerous), soiled mattress stored in 1 bedroom, no hot water in kitchen all week, very noisy location, apartment on 4th floor with 8 flights of stairs and lift was being worked on during the week that we didn't use as it looked unreliable, water in sink in bathroom took 30 minutes to drain, no instructions on how to turn on hot water for shower.
