About this house rental
This charming terraced house benefits from a great location just 70 meters from the fine sandy beach Prunete. It stands in an enclosed garden with a sunny terrace for many beautiful moments from spring to autumn. 500 m away there is a supermarket, and in just a few minutes walk you can reach the nearest beach restaurants. Not far away you can stroll through Cervione. This charming mountain village is famous for its hazelnuts. A little further north, the two towns of Aléria and Bastia, steeped in history, attract visitors. Sporty vacationers will also find their happiness here: diving, sailing, horseback riding as well as wonderful walks or bike rides through the unique nature of the island. Taste the many delicacies that are offered to you in this region: Wine, jam, honey, meat products or the nut cream Nuciola. 1 small dog is allowed. Paddling pool 10 m², swimming pool 50 m².

Très belle mini villa à 100 m de la mer et donnant sur un très beau petit jardin très apprécié pour manger et bronzer, entièrement clos et donc idéal avec un chien. Emplacement idéal entre mer et montagne , et idéal pour les amateurs de parapente.
Description et photos tout à fait conforme à la réalité.
Bon rapport qualité-prix.
Deux petits bémols : pas de vrai climatisation (prévoyant nous avons emmené un bon ventilateur) et des casseroles un peu grandes pour deux (mais nous avons profité des restaurants à proximité) ... Alors rien pour gâcher notre agréable séjour.
