Close to the historic village of Cervione, facing the Tyrrhenian islands, it is just as close to its well-maintained environment around which the chosen positioning of the six residences with generous spaces has made it a very popular holiday destination for more than 40 years.
The family-run property has beautiful houses equipped with all comforts
The 53m2 house has been recently renovated, located on the hillside on the edge of a field of grapefruit in the shade of an umbrella pine. The layout is functional.
The garden, surrounded by flowers, is the perfect setting for romantic dinners and breakfasts immersed in nature and total relaxation. But you can also enjoy the hill with a view of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
A corner of paradise at the foot of the mountains and close to the sea, you will have privacy and can relax within our agricultural estate.
We are waiting for you to live a beautiful stay in full contact with nature and in peace.
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 160*190 bed, bedside tables, a cupboard, a private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is a spacious room with a country atmosphere, equipped with 2 beds in 90*200 that can be twinned, cupboard, bedside tables, shelves, an adjoining shower room.
A toilet separates the two bedrooms.
Electric heating. WIFI connection.
The kitchen is recent with all the necessary equipment (1 4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, electric coffee maker).
A dining area with satellite TV, a table and four chairs for dining, 2 armchairs, French window opening onto a beautiful terrace, views of the countryside and mountains.
The terrace overlooks the garden and is equipped with outdoor furniture (table and chairs), sunbeds, barbecue, drying rack.
Parking space on the grounds.
On request: Baby cot and high chair.
