Lage top, 10 min bis zum Strand. Persönliche Schlüsselübergabe von einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin . Man konnte schon am Anreisetag 14 Uhr in die Fewo was sonst in anderen Unterkünften später ist. Parkmöglichkeit am Haus mit reservierten Platz für jede FEWO

Die Lage innerhalb von Prerow ist sehr gut. 5 Minuten zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und 15 Minuten zum Strand.
Die unter Ausstattungsmerkmale angegebene Waschmaschine war nicht in der Wohnung vorhanden, sondern man konnte für 5 Euro pro Waschgang seine Kleidung abgeben. Dies ist eine absichtliche Fehlinformation.
