Reasonable stay but expensive for what it is during peak season
Clean, comfortable bed, good location 5mins drive to Prerow beach.
Missing basic items for a self catering apartment - toilet paper, frying pan, sharp knife, bowls etc. Nobody physical presence to help with check-in or any issues. No prior written instructions and had to call the lettings manager on mobile so as to be directed to get keys to the flat which was in one of the out-buildings, and not straight forward at all without some guidance. Smelly damp shower curtain which was not replaced with new guests.

Einst nette Unterkunft, fehlende Wartung und Sauberkeit trüben aber den Aufenthalt.
Gute ruhige Lage mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus und ausreichend Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Der Platz in der Unterkunft ist ausreichend und Möbel zweckmäßig. Nebenan im Eingang waren Hundebesitzer, also offensichtlich für diese auch ne super Sache!
Wir waren schon 1-2 Mal hier. Leider lässt die Unterkunft stark nach. Es könnte vor den Gästen mal Gewischt werden, die Küche war fleckig. Der Mülleimer hat schlimm nach vergammelter Banane gestunken so dass die Küchentür bei Dauerlüften 2 Tage zu bleiben musste. Spinnen und Mücken in allen Ecken, die mussten gehen. Auch der selbe defekte Schneebesen liegt immer noch seit 2 Jahren im Kasten. Die einst nette Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer scheint ersatzlos entfernt. Nur noch das kühle Deckenlicht. Auch mal ein weißer Farbtupfer würde der ein oder anderen Wand gut tun. Grundlegend ist die Unterkunft ok. Verliert aber stark an Gewicht im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wenn’s um Wartung und Sauberkeit geht. Leider haben wir nochmal gebucht, werden aber die Folgejahre ganz klar was neues suchen.
