At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be returned will be refunded. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate according to and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Prerow is very centrally located and offers a lot of excursion possibilities in addition to the white sandy beach:
z. B. Maritime Museum, Ozeaneum, free time bath "Hanse Dom" in Stralsund, bird park Marlow, Experimentarium in Zingst ...
In spring and autumn, the cranes can always be observed.
The environment invites to long bike rides.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Hafen, Zentrum und Ostsee sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Es verfügt über einen Garten mit Terasse. Leider ist das Grundstück nicht vollständig umzäunt. Die Einrichtung ist eher funktional als gemütlich, insbesondere die Sitzmöbel sind überholungsbedürftig. Die beiden Bäder sind sehr schön saniert. Alles in allem haben wir die Woche in Prerow aber genossen. Kleiner Tipp an die Verwaltung: Wir waren im Oktober (Herbstwetter) Gäste in Ihrem Haus und hätten gern mal den Eingangsbereich, der auch Teil des Aufgangs in die 2. Etage ist, feucht gewischt. Leider haben wir Wisch-Utensilien vergeblich gesucht. Bitte mit in die Ausstattung aufnehmen.

Das Haus ist toll!! Die neuen Bäder ein Traum! Es war ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub! An der Sauberkeit im Haus könnte man noch etwas feilen.....oder halt selbst Hand anlegen wie wir es gemacht haben und dann ist es gut!! Wie bereits oben geschrieben.....sehr gerne wieder !!!

Möbel z. T. verschlissen ( z. B. Sofas), Grillrost total verrostet. Badezimmer gut.
