Parfaitement situé pour des visites à 30 mn de voiture (Volterra, San-Giminiano, Colle di Val d'Elsa). Très belle piscine. Sandra très professionnelle.
Il y a 5 appartements pour 4 personnes et 1 pour 2. Les appartements sont petits et accueillent plutôt des familles avec des jeunes enfants. Lors de notre séjour, il y avait une famille très bruyante qui squattait la piscine avec bouées, ballons, frites et planches... mais bon, j'ai conscience que c'est une donnée aléatoire.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit einem eigenen Terrassenbereich (Tavernetta). Die Ausstattung ist gut. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr bequeme Betten und Matratzen, dies ist nicht selbstverständlich, da spreche ich aus Erfahrung. Die Schlafzimmerfenster sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet sodass ein lüften auch nachts möglich ist. Wir hatten zudem noch an beiden Außentüren Fliegengitter, top.
Eine wunderschöne Landschaft mit Blick auf Casole d‘Elsa. Das Industriegelände in ca 2 km Entfernung hat uns nicht gestört es ist nur durch seine gelbe Farbe präsent.
Der etwas höher gelegene Pool lädt zum entspannen ein, einfach nur toll.
Die Betreuung durch Sandra, die hervorragend war, darf hier nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Ein großes Dankeschön 🙏
Die Anfahrt ist schon eine Herausforderung über die Feldwege mit erheblichen Schlaglöchern. Die Navigationssysteme finden verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Anfahrt. Hier sollte man sich unbedingt den Standort an der Hauptstraße speichern damit man keine böse Überraschung erlebt 😉🙈. Generell nichts für sportliche und tiefer gelegte Autos.
