Calm and composed, this 2-bedroom farmhouse is in a rural area in Casole d'Elsa. From the private garden and terrace, you have a fantastic view of the Tuscan hills in every season. It is ideal for a small family or group of 3 persons. _x000D_

The farmhouse is a perfect base for exploring Tuscany, the sea, and the Maremma. Cities such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni and Massa Marittima are easy to reach via good roads. The renowned Chianti wine region is just 25 km away. Restaurants to enjoy a scrumptious meal are at 5 km, while supermarkets for groceries are 12 km. For a stroll, the town center is 15 km. You can also swim in the naturally warm water of the Petriolo hot springs._x000D_

The farmhouse has central heating. After returning from excursions, you can relax and lounge in the garden with garden furniture. Children will love the children's bed and playpen. Table football and table tennis equipment are present for recreation.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 40,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Omdat wij van een andere kant kwamen dan de bij geleverde route beschrijving was het wel even lastig om de lokatie Colloritote vinden .Want tomtom die weet van niets. De onverharde weg omhoog is ook wel wat spannend. Maar ja als éénmaal gearriveerd bent dan ligt daar een geweldig authentiek huis met prachtig uitzicht heel rustig ook .Heb me er heel gelukkig gevoelt . En Toscane wat een prachtig landschap .

Das Haus Colloritto ist wunderschön gelegen auf einem kleinen Hügel, von dem aus man einen traumhaften Blick ins Elsa Tal hat. Das alte Gebäude wurde liebevoll renoviert und bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage eignet sich für Tagesausflüge zu vielen schönen Zielen in der Region: Siena, Volterra, Arezzo, Florenz, Montepulciano aber auch ans Meer und natürlich in die nähere Umgebung, nach San Gimignano und Casole d'Elsa. Die Vermieter wohnen auch im Gebäude und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
