Residence "Golf de l'Ardilouse". Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre, in a quiet position, 3 km from the lake. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Le Huga" 1.4 km, sandy beach 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 m, riding stable 15 km.
2-room terraced house 33 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 190 cm), TV and flat screen. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace 13 m2, east facing position, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 315. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Le logement est agréable, fonctionnel, calme, bien équipé et confortable. Sa localisation dans le golf n'est pas des plus pratiques quand on veut éviter de prendre la voiture car il est loin de la piste cyclable et des commerces, location vélo etc...

Bonne location, un peu petit : il manque un accès internet et un ventilateur car il fait trop chaud et impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes à cause des moustiques.
